Return Policy

MyLino has been formed with the inspiration of creating products that customers feel they can love and cherish, so we take your relationship with your purchase very seriously. In the event that you receive an unsatisfying product, be assured that it can either be returned or else exchanged for another product of your preference. 


Products can either be exchanged or returned before 30 days since receipt has transpired (extended to 60 days at Holiday season). In this case, we will request that the items are as we delivered them, intact and without wear or tear – so not to be worn, used, or cleaned in any way – as well as being contained in their original packaging and still showing any labels. When the items have been successfully returned, then communication will be sent to you via email to confirm. 

  • Customers who secure refunds will receive the full selling price, though not including delivery or shipping costs, nor any extra taxes that have been applied. The initial payment method will be drawn upon in order to process the returning funds, which may take up to 10 working days. 
  • We deal with all product exchanges by judging each case in itself, with our customer service team poised to respond to and handle any correspondence. 

NOTE: Our company exchange Policy is not relevant to any products sold as part of final or closing sales, or last-chance items, gift cards, face masks, fabric samples, cut-to-length linen fabric, and custom orders. Plus, clients need to handle the shipping costs.   


If returning a product, feel free to select the delivery company of your preference. Here is the return form you will need to complete, which should include your email address, order number, and reason for either exchange or return. Our advice is to obtain a tracking number from your chosen delivery company, as we cannot be held responsible for anything lost in transit. Plus, if any damage to the product is clear upon receipt, we do reserve the right to return a smaller refund than the initial price.
